Dead by Daylight, Death Is Not an Escape
A rocky and bare area that will give players a more open space to explore. A destroyed vehicle incased on spiky rocks serves as a testament of a fierce battle and can now serve as a landmark. On the opposite side of the map a lush and busy jungle will give the players a claustrophobic feeling even outside. The vegetation although menacing can be used by the Survivors to hide and wait for the real threat to pass by. Between the two biomes is the Toba Landing, now a desolate remnant of what was once a second chance of life and is now a carcass of advance technology. Players will be able to explore every level from underneath, all the way to the top of the structure. This planet looks wild and untouched, but the more you look around, it is possible to notice a civilization once thrived and left evidence of its presence on some familiar elements, such as the shack and the exit gate.
Wildlife is present in the environment and a good guide to help players find their way around. Enigmatic blue flowers seem to feed on the energy of The Entity and light up when source of energy like Generators and Exit Gates are around.

More specifically, these changes target how Generators are damaged by the Killer and how their regression can be stopped by Survivors. Three gen scenarios are those where the killer aims to defend three generators that are close by in particular, and does not participate in normal gameplay — not chasing survivors etc, in this instance survivors are not able to make any meaningful progress to those generators. An indicator will show the Killer if a Generator can no longer be damaged. In the overwhelming majority of games, this will not come into play. However, in scenarios where the Killer is defending a set of Generators and refusing to chase Survivors, there will eventually come a point where they can no longer damage the Generator, helping bring an end to excessively long matches.
Given that the number of regression events is now limited, stopping a Generator from regressing is more meaningful than ever. This will help ensure that the Killer always gets some value from kicking a Generator and encourage Survivors to think twice before attempting to stop the regression.
